Absolutely useless and have no idea how to do their job. They are insurance agents too but they'll only do their job when they can make a profit. They sent a roofer to my house to fix missing shingles without my authorization and then try to bill me $450 for 9 shingles. When I ask to have all my policies thru them to be cancelled they have the audacity to ask me what my policy numbers were. Stupid idiots are the one who set up the policy! A bag of rocks are smarter than Patty Chan and her bimbo sister.

I just called and spoke to somebody and as soon as they asked me if I was trying to book a flight I said no and they hung up on me. Terrible customer service and didn't offer to ask me anything else. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I called this travel agency since someone recommended to me here to apply for Visa to Vietnam. When I tried to call and ask for how much does it cost for a five years visa to Vietnam, the guy just told me you need to call the airline and abruptly hung up the phone. That was rude! If I could give them negative star, I would!
