My friend and I walked in without an appointment, and she still welcomed us with a smile and made the process of getting our international driver’s licenses quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. Stopped by today to get some documents Notarized. I was helped by Rene and was in and out in under 10 minutes. The only drawback I can think of is when trying to call them beforehand I kept getting diverted to their main line and had to deal with a virtual assistant who would not connect me with the branch. But the people at this location were great nonetheless when I got there.

Our agent retired and the service is nonexistent now. They have been charging us insurance in two states since we moved, they will not refund months of double payments, they refuse to let the authorized payor renew bc they are not the primary insured, no streamlined process at all.

Disappointed in customer service . I do understand it is the holiday season but most businesses at least have a skeleton staff to answer questions and direct their paying customers. I call the claims adjuster …. Get voicemail which says contact supervisor…. Call supervisor and get voicemail. I call the toll free number and get the automated assistant. Sheesh during the holidays the whole company takes 2 weeks off … good grief 😩😩😩 I’d love to grab the ear of the CEO or claims manager 🙏🏽🙏🏽
