DO NOT let the AAA branding fool you! They will try to claim needed repairs to get work done that's not necessary. More importantly they're dishonest. I took my car in for an oil change. The mechanic damaged my car driving it into the bay. Management failed to notify me of the damage to the car. They parked my car in a way that it wouldn't be noticeable when I got in. Which means they knew and attempted to hide it. Thankfully I did go far before I saw the damaged passenger side of my car. They will make you waste YOUR time by making YOU get 2 estimates for a claim and then decline it. Apparently, it's on the customer to request the video from the shop according to their insurance. I had to go through my insurance to get repairs and no reimbursement for the rental I needed. Thankfully I had proof of them damaging my vehicle but that doesn't mean they'll do the right thing! Do not trust this place, they are dishonest and no better than Pepboys with the AAA branding. Avoid even in an emergency!

This is my first time ever leaving a Google review, and I’m doing it to warn you: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. In mid-August, I had my car towed here after it wouldn’t start. They performed a full diagnostic and told me the needed repairs would cost twice the value of the car. I paid for the diagnostic and told them I’d have it towed elsewhere to be fixed with my own parts. Weeks later, when I called to arrange the tow, I was told my car had been moved to a tow yard. I called the yard—they did not have it. I then spent hours calling AAA, being told I was “in a queue,” yet never receiving an update. When I finally spoke with someone, I learned AAA still had my car and was in the middle of moving it—something I never requested. To make matters worse, I was then told they had lost my key. The excuse? “We have 700 cars” and mine had been there “over 30 days.” How does that justify losing a key? At no point during this entire process did they proactively update me. Every piece of information I received, I had to chase down myself. This was absolute incompetence from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs.

I don't recommend having your car towed to this location. I had it picked up by AAA and dropped off at 1601 Columbus right before closing and missed their call the next morning. I called them back within 5 minutes, was put on hold for 20+ minutes when I called them back with no answer, multiple call back requests weren't returned over the course of 3 days. Was never able to speak to anyone so I put in a request to have it towed to Santilli's Transmission & Auto in Glenside. 2 stars because their general app works and the towing people are always nice.

I don’t really leave reviews but I had it!! Honestly this is the worst experience with Car service and will be my last time as a member!!!!. Something told me not to trust these guys and I still brung my car back only for the problem to return again!! Highly frustrated, it is no communication at all. I got one call from “Kammal” stating my car was there and then I heard nothing. I called again, spoke to a guy named Roy, he did not seem to care and was over excited over the phone to still be not helpful in anyway, no updates just “it will be looked at soon” Like?? This place has to be struggling, I almost cancelled my membership on my last service, due to the roadside struggles I had with that department, but I was helped by a guy named Brandon and another named Fredrick? Went above and beyond to make sure I was updated etc and worked with me on price, I wanted to work with them again at-least as they are very helpful, but oh nooo it turns out, THEY BOTH don’t even work there anymore?? Can’t even keep good employees it seems. Never returning and cancelling my membership for good.
