I didn't even want to give one star. This is the second time AAA has left us stranded on the side of the road for more than 3 hours. Then as we call to try to cancel the membership, Orlando 37427 gets hateful with us! I asked for a refund and Orlando said there would be no refund! We NEVER even got to use the service since they cancelled the wrecker coming to tow us. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Robert the supervisor came on the line and then said he would refund the full amount minus 9 dollars! He said we had AAA 2 months, and could have used it at any time. I reminded him that here it is going on 4 hours waiting for a tow, and said that apparently we can't use the service because then never showed up. I will use the Platinum Life360 from now on! Called and upgraded to platinum and they have a wrecker on the way... Thank you Life360 for taking care of what AAA could not. I'm not sure how they are even still in business!

AAA will take no responsibility for random towing services they call, that damage your vehicle. They will waste your time pretending they are investigating and hope you give up calling them. Poor customer service and unprofessional Service Monitors. Will never use AAA again.
