Skip the DMV and do your plate service here. I was told this place can be very busy and with long waits. But we were lucky when we came with only one person ahead of us. The check in lady was super knowledgeable and efficient. She understood what we needed, got us the right forms. Send us to Adam to finalize our paperwork, Adam is the nicest person and fast too. We got our paperwork don’t in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Adam. Top that DMV!!

Got the job done. But, apparently we haven’t joined the 21st century. They don’t accept debit cards. So, for those of us that try to be free of credit cards, we get the extra inconvenience of waiting longer and finding an ATM or cash back purchase.

As 26+ year members we always use AAA, and this branch if we can. Adam has helped us heroically getting our out-of-state motorcycle registered, and today he and the branch manager again went above and beyond, bringing us tools, looking up information about this bike, and just being nicer than humanly possible.

AAA has the WORST customer service!! If I could give them a zero rating, I would. They never answer the phone, and if you go in there in person, they give you the runaround. Nobody could help me with my issue after 5 visits to a branch office and 5 phone calls to the toll free number! Every time I asked to speak to a supervisor on the phone, I was told they were "busy," and I would receive a call back in 48-72 hours... After being on hold for 45 minutes! Needless to say, I never received a call back. My issue still isn't resolved and after more than 25 years with them, it's time to move on.

Today, I had my license plates changed for new ones. Rebecca and Lydia made the process so easy for me. They were so helpful thought my whole experience. Great staff and a clean place. Thank you!
