I am so highly upset about what happened to me last night. My car locked on me while driving 60 miles an hour. It came to complete stop and my steering wheel even locked. I was in the middle lane of a busy road. My 4 year old son with autism was with me. I called AAA and told them my situation. They told me someone would come immediately to help me and stay out in my car. I waited 30 minutes in my car with my son. No one came, I noticed I had to get out of my car onto the side walk due to the amount of cars driving fast by us. This was at 6pm. At 7pm I called them asking them what happened and needed an update due to my son and I being stranded on the side of the road. They told me they cancelled my help… I told them I still needed it. By 8pm my boyfriend came to my rescue and was able to move my car to the side of the road. I called AAA again for an update, they said there wasn’t one due to my call being cancelled… once again I said it was never cancelled. By 10pm a driver called me saying he was 45 minutes away and asked me if I still needed help due to my notes saying I cancelled the call…. I told him to forget it and I ended up calling my family to come help me. I didn’t get home till 11pm and AAA never helped me…. I’m so thankful my family and boyfriend came to my rescue. If I relied on AAA my son and I could’ve died

Rachel was so friendly and helpful, she made getting my passport photos a breeze! Whoever her manager is, she deserves ALL the kudos. Before visiting this office, I went to another AAA location to get them done. The team was unwelcoming and basically rushed me through the photos; printing them before I even got to see them. The cherry creek office was a breath of fresh air after that!! What a stark difference. Thank you for presenting yourselves with the best foot forward and making a difference for a AAA member.

Writing this review for AAA as a whole. Had it in a few different states over the years. Anyone you get on the phone or who has come to meet me has always been fantastic. Their service is genuinely great. The only reason Im not giving this 5 stars is because the robot you get on the phone when you call roadside assistance isnt just useless, its actually a complete detriment to the service as a whole. If im stuck with a dead car on the side of the highway the last thing in the world I want to do is spend 20 minutes talking to a robot. Every roadside assistance call should be immediatly answered by a living, breathing, human being. I cannot tell you how many times ive been hung up on or just plainly misunderstood by the stupid robot. It takes all of 3 minutes to get a tow,when you talk to a person, but if you try the robot? Youre probably going to have to call back multiple times for the stupid robot to even understand what your saying. AAA needs to get rid of the stupid clanker for roadside calls, youre losing customers by forcing them to talk to a useless AI when theyre having a crisis. AAA is great, the humans talking on the phone are great, but goodluck getting connected to an actual living breathing human being.

I want to rave about a tow driver you have named Tommy ! Excellent service and very courteous! He is a positive when often times a tow is negative for a customer! Picked up our Grand Caravan and towed it to Midas on W. Alameda. Great timing and made it in time for mechanic to get to work and fix the problem! Thanks to Tommy's quick response and polite , professional service.

BEST AAA LOCATION HIGHLY RECOMMEND, THEY DO EVERYTHING HERE! Buy and sell cars, International driving permits, all insurance (besides health), a full travel agency. AAA has been revamping the services and I LOVE IT!!! Joey up front is the man!
