There's a new DMV in town and it's just as slow and aggravating as the State run one but you have to pay a membership for this one. There were 5 people behind the counters to help 10 of us on the other side. Only 2 of them appeared to work and know what they were doing. I waited 35 minutes to be told to fill out a form and get back in the 35 minute line. At least DMV lets you skip the line the 2nd time. I had to leave and figure out how to do for myself online. Think I'll skip them and go directly to the DMV next.ay even cancel my mem

Very disappointed was so disrespected over me being confused not very helpful. Thought the point of a job was to help. Not (sigh & or roll your eyes) about a question clarification. None of my money was spent at this branch for sure.

This whole DMV/AAA keeps changing. I lost my license & now reservations are needed. They need DMV little offices all over the state. I went there today & I looked around to basically nothing but a few people working. It's very different than when I was growing up. There were zero pamphlets anywhere. Is AAA encouraging people to stop traveling? There's nothing for driving up North to NH, Vermont, NYC, Maine, or Rhode Island. No Disney, No Cruises So it's discouraging. I usually grab some pamphlets for heading North. The place was like a morgue

Great place to renew a driver's license for AAA members. No long lines, friendly folks. Quick turnaround, in and out.
