Unprofessional Drivers and office managers. No call ahead to notify of delivery. Driver arrived at 11:45 am, we take lunch 11:30 to noon. Driver called and demanded we return to the job and unload him immediately. Drivers manager had the same attitude saying they notified us yesterday that they would be there between 9 am and 3 pm and we should have been there and ready to take delivery.

We had a delivery from depot.It came on a special palette to keep it protected from breaking during transport.They took it off the pallet and the items were broken upon delivery.Horrible company

1 star is too many. I wish I could give this company 0 stars! I've had to deal with them each time my wide format printer dies and I have to buy another one. Right now the printer is in Fort Myers this morning 7am there but they won't let me pick it up because they have no employees to take it off and process it. Are you telling me you are running a "shipping business" and you have no one there to take it off the truck?? We want to pick it up right now but can't. I'm now going to wait on Monday for a delivery... Most likely they are going to call me after waiting all day Monday, and say we need to re-schedule it. After my business is down for over a week because their shipping is so slow... I wish my vendors would stop using them! I'm beyond frustrated 😡 I'll update this when they call me Monday to tell you the real date it actually gets delivered on....

First -you have to make an appointment for a delivery to your home, but they don't call you to make one....you're supposed to know that. Seeing my delivery was supposed to come on a Monday, I called to ask what time and was told I need to make an appointment to have it delivered. They now scheduled it two days later on Wednesday. Then I get a call telling me they could deliver on Tuesday afternoon. I waited all day and no one showed up. I call to find out what happened and NO ONE has the foggiest idea who called me. All I got was that you are scheduled on Wednesday here on the paperwork. Yet some mysterious guy calls me with all the details of my shipment and tells me it will come on Tuesday. How does a company like this even stay in business?

These guys lies cost me $2,000 because they wouldn't do what they told me they would do. We had a priority shipment less than 100 miles away that had to be there in 2 days. They assured me this would not be a problem and it might even be there the next day. Here we are 4 days later, still no delivery and getting cussed at by people that know they've been caught in a lie and don't like being caught.
