Our agent was Mark, he stayed with us through out the process of getting our flights to the day we left. My mom and I particularly had a hard time with the flights delaying due to bad weather conditions and Mark made sure that we were coached and assisted by him. He kept calm, made sure to address all of our concerns, and even took time off his personal day to make sure we were able to find another flight. He guided us and kept checking in on our new itineraries and when something went astray he always tried to help and made great suggestions. He even filed our Eticket for the Philippines himself. I think his care and service was S tier and I definitely recommended Mark and any of the employees at A & A travel service Las Vegas. They are so professional and empathetic to any concerns and situations. I appreciate Mark and all his hard work.
