We booked a party bus for my dad’s 60th and it was great! They answered all questions upon booking, making it an easy process. The driver was prompt, safe, outgoing and professional. The bus was clean. We all had a great time!

We booked a coach bus for a birthday party- 18 adults. When transportation arrived it was a Escalade limo who barely fit 17 of us. One person had to drive his own vehicle and follow our transportation we paid for because of no space. The Escalade had hot air blowing out of vents and it was an extremely uncomfortable ride for 17 (40 year old adults) smashed in a stretch limo when our contract was a bus. After speaking with Matt when we arrived at our destination he said they would send our contracted bus for our pick up. He confirmed our coolers and belongings would be transferred and they would be there at our scheduled 7pm pick up. 7:15 rolls around still nothing to pick us up. I contacted Matt again- he confirmed our driver was on the way and "we would make it work" to get our full 2 hours we paid for...Bus showed up 7:43 drove us back to our destination which took 30 minutes. The driver gets confirmation she is not to wait for us but has to leave for another ride. So yet again I call Matt. His “make it work" did not happen, his customer service was very distasteful. He refused to keep contract and broke it. Look elsewhere when trying to book a reliable transportation company. Matt was kind and sounded reliable when booking- answered our questions, confirmed all my worries and yet failed to provide what was in his contract. I spent more time trying to figure out the cluster of it all than I should have when I paid for these services that were not provided. I gave them multiple chances to make it right before choosing to post publicly but he had no resolution after stating he would. There was never an apology, offer for a partial refund or any fault taken on there terms. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY- AWFUL way to run a business. And to REPLY to your response…. Your text dialogue is out of context. These were texts from when I inquired to use your services. They were prior to our phone conversation and contract. We spoke on the phone and you were pleasant stating 2 hours is what we would pay for and point to point being savage to winery and winery back to savage. 18 passengers is what we signed for in contract and we only had 17. Also in our conversation you stated the coach bus was what you had available and contract also states that. Not the text you provided a screenshot of prior to confirmation. I would eat your own word calling me dishonest. You are trying to save your own buis. With your lies. YOU refused to make things right. Your drivers were pleasant and felt awful for the way you treated us. Shame on you and your business. Proof with Screen shots of your lies. Each ride provided to us were one hour. ALSO you said to leave the coolers and belongings in the limo when I had to call and take time out of my party. You stated that was on you guys to transfer for the mishap. Then again another lie stating we left them for you to figure out. Get your story straight when running a buis. Horrible customer relations and I hope people can see that before choosing this company.

I've had money to Limo services in the past. Nick was hands-down the best driver we have ever had. Very personable. Caring and really had top-tier customer service. This is my new go to.

I would NOT recommend this company for your transportation needs. We rented a couch bus for a friends 39th Birthday for 19 people and they sent a limo that only held 14. People who paid for this service could not ride in the limo and had to drive separately. When we called to speak to Matt, he said he would get it handled and send the correct bus for pick up. Not only did they send a new bus, but it was 40 minutes late for picking the group up, and Matt was horrible to work with when we called for resolution. We were supposed to get picked up at 7PM and have until 9PM, however, the lady who picked us up at the winery had to drop us off and head to Eden Prairie for a wedding. Leaving us stranded without the possibility of being picked up and dropped at our original destination until 12:30AM. It was a mess. The guy who owns this company is not willing to correct his wrongs. I would not recommend. Find another trustworthy, reliable company. This is not it.
